Partner terms
These terms apply to everyone who joins the LingoRhythm partner programme. They are short on purpose. Please read them before you sign up.

1 · Joining
Who can join, and how
- Sign-up is free. You apply on this website with your name, your email address, your PayPal address for payments and a few words on how you plan to recommend LingoRhythm.
- I approve every partner by hand, usually within a few days. There is no right to be accepted.
- One account per person. Please give correct details and keep them up to date.
- You work for yourself. You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of LingoRhythm. You may not make statements or promises on our behalf.
2 · Commission
30% of the price paid
- 30% of the price the customer pays, including VAT. It applies to every product in the shop. If the customer uses a discount code, the commission is calculated on the reduced price.
- Your link counts for 30 days. The last partner link a customer used before buying is the one that counts.
- No commission on your own purchases, on refunded orders, or on payments that fail or are cancelled.
- You can see your numbers at any time in your partner account: clicks, sales and commission.
3 · Payout
How and when you get paid
- A commission becomes payable 30 days after the purchase. That is the time in which customers can still ask for a refund.
- Payout from €10. Smaller amounts roll over to the next month.
- I pay by PayPal, by hand, usually once a month, to the PayPal address in your account. PayPal may charge fees on your side.
- Taxes are your own responsibility. Commissions are income. LingoRhythm does not withhold tax and does not give tax advice.
4 · Rules
Recommend fairly
- Mark every recommendation as advertising, for example with “Ad” or “#ad” right at the link or at the start of the post.
- Say only what is true. No invented experiences, reviews or results.
- No health claims. LingoRhythm is learning material, not a medical product or a therapy.
- No pressure. No made-up deadlines, no “only today”.
- No spam. No unsolicited emails or messages, no link floods in other people’s groups.
- No paid search ads on the name LingoRhythm or close variants of it.
- Do not share course files, not even as an example. Partner-kit images may be used as they are. Logo and apple must not be changed. Cropping is fine.
5 · Data protection
What we store
- Your partner data: name, email address, PayPal address and your answer about how you promote. We use it only to run the programme and to pay you.
- Visitors who click your link get a cookie that stores your partner ID for 30 days. It is only set if they agree to it in our cookie banner.

6 · The end of a partnership
Leaving, changes, liability
- Either of us can end the partnership at any time with a short email. Commissions you have earned from purchases that followed these rules are still paid out.
- If you break the rules, I may end the partnership at once and withhold commissions from the affected purchases.
- No earnings promise. I cannot guarantee any number of sales or any amount of commission.
- Changes: If I change these terms, I will tell you by email. If you keep using your partner link after that, the new terms apply to you.
